Exercise Type: Run

Today was pretty chill. Got the Cume tomorrow, so we just relaxed and talked about some topics, hopping all over the place trying to cover the bases. Again, there is sooo much material that you can never stop studying. At this point just got to go in and get work done. Kinda felt like a premeet day... The money is in the bank, now you got to go out there and give it your best shot and feel satisfied. I feel pretty prepared. Been putting in the work the past few weeks. Just like running, I love this stuff and I kinda look forward to studying... Anyways got in a short little shakeout/premeet run today. I stuck around a little after seminar to talk to the speaker because he was from Manitoba. Got home after sunset. I was hungry but just went out. I wanted to catch the sunset. Ran down Hadley to Kulessa and back. Ran what ever pace felt natural. It was nice legs felt good. The sunset was also beautiful.
Essentials: Stretch
Quick stretch since I wanted to eat dinner. I want to hit the gym tomorrow after the test. Its been a while since I was in there. Ankles, legs, arms not sore anymore so thats good.
