Had the Cume this morning. I thought it went ok. idk how I could have studied more to do better. Its a short test and we are pressed for time so that kinda sucked. Now we dont have to spend every waking hour studying for it and we can start doing a little research which is awesome. We all went out to lunch at the ABC, then I came back to campus to go lift. Havnt lifted in a while, but I was super sore from last time so it was good timing. Squat racks were actually pretty free today so I got in. Not a lot of people there on early afternoons. Only the true meat heads, the members of the UMass Asthetics. Nice cut offs brah. Workout was

Squat 3sets x7 (Bar)
Hang Cleans 3sets x6 (Bar)
Stiff Leg Deadlifts 3sets x10 (Bar)
Pullups 4sets until failure
Lunges 3sets x10 each leg (30lbs)

Got in hang cleans today. Form is crap its been a while but ill work on that. Pull ups went much better I could get in about 4 reps each set and my arms werent completely useless. Took a lot of rest for those though. All the boxes were taken so I went upstairs to do lunges. Hammies were feeling that exercise. Overall felt good to lift and burn off that stress. Didnt feel too tough, I think I can up the reps now. Tired at the end of the workout. Walked back to my office then drove home to chill.
