It was a pretty good run. I felt really amazing the first 3-4 miles. I slowed down from mile 5-8. My legs felt a little tired once I got to mile 5. Overall, it was a pretty good run. My last mile was 7:10 which is good. I felt good in my new shoes. This was my first long run in the new Nike's
