Comments:
7pm; WU house 2 up mayfield through forest hills, 10*400m hill loop, CD same way back. averaged :35 for the fast section and ranged from 2:11-2:30 for the entire loop. conservative estimate on the 400m distance.
I feel like its impossible to run this hill well w/o spikes. Even though its hard, I don't feel like its very beneficial, if that makes sense. I'll probably hit a different hill next Tuesday. Although I do like the longer-shorter-shorter-longer formula for back to back doubles.
