500th Running-log entry! And what occasion could be more appropriate the cookie run? As done historically, Anthony and Jason both told us not to log anything but the cooldown, because no numbers can encapsulate the strain and grit needed for successful training. I will comment, however, that we did eight striders and I stretched for a very long time.
