With the 800m group.
600 @ slower than race pace, 5:00 rest
2x (200 hard, 30 second rest, 200 hard), 4:00 rest
2x (50 hard, 150 cruise, 100 hard), 5:00 rest
4x200m slower than race pace with 200m jog recovery

Decent workout. I like the more speed focused ones since I have no endurance at the moment.
