Weather: ~20 degrees, Cold

Comments:
Was told it was going to be a "warm" 30 degrees. It was not. Was disappointed. Still, 20 minute tempo at MLK. Was pretty slow, but super consistent, came by each point at the same time at the end as in the beginning. Finished with abs and stretch, strength for tomorrow.
