Pow-hike on the TM

Comments:
After the TM run, I bumped the grade up to 10% and the speed was between 4.0 and 4.3. Worked on a strong R hip ext and R arm swing, etc. Was shocked at how I was able to keep my HR at 140 simply by hiking like this. Felt pretty good, working the hike mechanics. Took about an hour.
