Back at it today; felt a lot better and ready to run. Ran right after my 2nd counseling session today. To sum up: I'm beginning to finally realize how much my relationship with *my mom* is responsible for a lot of my issues...

It was warm and dry tonight: mid-high 50s! Taped the trunk/pelvis to facilitate the "opening"/rotation L (R hip ext, L hip fwd drive) and felt a lot better today. It's a whole-system issue: arms, trunk, pelvis, hips -- all F'd from years of running "off".

Still feel "a bit" off, overall -- just a bit more efforted. Just wonder how much is still post-flu. Stride really came around in the last few miles, though.

Ate quick, post-run, then headed to Chels'.
