Good race. I felt pretty good the whole time. I wanted a faster time but I ended up winning so there's that. 4:36 opening mile and stayed pretty consistent from there. Much better close this week. 68 or something. Still want to be able to close in 60-62. Probably could have gone faster if I had someone to race the last 400.
