Exercise Type: Run
Weather: cool, took a while to warm up enough to be comfortable
Comments:
relaxed for the first 45ish minutes or so cause we were holding back for a slow kid to stay with us, picked it up the last 20 min in the loop around the lake, the first part was on a bunch of trails and streets that completely turned me around, good run though and didn't feel too tired during it, ankle was fine
