Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
I was expecting to feel incredibly sore after Saturday but obviously all of yesterday's icing and stretching really payed off. Surprisingly enough, taking an ice bath with three large bags of ice instead of two, makes a big difference. (Note taken). Workout could have been a lot better, but the pace felt comfortable. Very excited to see what I can do this Saturday!
