Weather: 42, bright, sunny, snow still covering most sidewalks

Comments:
I woke up, ate a few chocolate-covered almonds and set out, unable to tolerate the laziness any longer. Military, Lorcom, Lee, Military, 31st, Pollard, Roberts, home. I felt pretty bad, especially on any uphills, pace was neither honest nor respectable; it was probably the admittedly unhealthy and irregular eating most of the time at NAIMUN. 10 minutes of strength work: Silverman style mountain climbers for 1:30, plank for 2:07, 30 lunges, 1:00 flutter kicks, 100 crunches, holding a pushup in the down position for 1:00. Not so sure about what gmap pedometer says, but it's a good sign if I feel so slow at that pace.
