Ran this alone and in spikes, felt pretty good. Most people were racing this week but for a number of reasons I decided to spend this week perparing for next week's meet.
Workout was 6x400 with 400 jogging rest, although I ended up just jogging one lap and then waiting until a total of 2'30" had elapsed.
