Didn't want to wait until 6:30 for the workout, so I did it at noon. From the start of the warmup, my knee was aching, but I tried pressing on and doing as many of the intervals as I could. Halfway through the 6th one though, it was just too much, so I cut it off there. Cooled down a bit on the bike afterwards. Went to the trainer afterwards to see what the deal was, and they're thinking it's something called Synovial Plica. We'll see how that goes, hopefully it isn't that bad.
