BUSY fucking day at work: no openings all day!
Decided I needed to do a follow-up metabolic test today. Jogged about 0.5mi for warm-up, then did it. I forgot how HARD it is to breathe through that tube! I got up to 9mph + 10% grade.
The results were BAD: My fat burning was 0.0% at/after 150HR. In fact, my "MAF" is actually about 130!! Sonofabitch! Sucky...
