Weather: not too hot not too humid

2 up 2 down. 4x400 @ 74. Not a workout that i expect to accomplish much but I wanted to see if I could handle something pretty light before doing any longer workouts. Didn't feel great but held the pace. I am def going to feel it tomorrow. Had to do it at Shawnee because there is a big mound of dirt on the starting line at Cherokee.
