Comments:
Had the test in the morning, but nothing really going on in the afternoon (Rheometer was being used) We had to drive in today, so Brendan and I decided to go back to Sunderland to run in the afternoon. Weather today is awesome. So weird that we had a snow day exactly a week ago. We started out real slow so we could run further. Kept rolling around to Silver and picked up the pace a little. It felt really easy to me, but still felt good. Shorts and half zip were perfect. The snow is starting to melt. Its that spring time feel, ya know? Coming back to the parking lot Brendan picked it up a ton and we ended up sprinting into the finish. We kept it going and did two nice striders to open it up afterwards. He felt good and I felt good after the run, which is good.
Essentials: Stretch
Got in a nice relaxing stretch. Had some massive chafing from the run, which hurts. Legs and ankle felt good overall. Getting some freezing rain tonight but the weather should be good through the weekend. Im getting sick of the snow, and running in it.
