Exercise Type: Weights

Chillin on campus all day. Went to the gym around 2ish. It was actually pretty crowded, which is odd since it was really nice out today. I thought more people should be outside. Since it was crowded a lot of stuff was taken, so I had to bounce around from exercise to exercise. Not ideal but I got in an ok workout.

Squat 3sets x6 (50 lbs)
Box Step ups 3sets x10 each leg (25 lbs)
Bench Dips 4sets x10
Straight Leg Dead lifts 4sets x10 (bar)
Pullups 4sets until failure

Back got a good workout. Pull up bars were busy so I couldnt focus that well. I didnt do very well at pull ups today. Pretty tired afterward though. Did a quick half mile on the track to shake the legs out since I didnt run yesterday. Felt refreshing, but that surface is so shitty.

Essentials: Stretch

Stretch out felt really really good. My legs were tight. Weather looks to be nice from here on out, which is good for running, and everything else really. People are sick of these snow storms.
