Sunderland Town Park

Comments:
More nice weather today. Kinda cloudy but it was shorts weather for sure. Felt sore from lifting yesterday, and kinda tired. Couldnt really focus in the afternoon (got a headache) so the run was well needed. Headed up to northern sunderland. Had to pee earlier so I just turned around at the entrance to Sunderland Town Park. It was completely snow covered so I had to trudge through it to get into the woods. Felt good today, had some chafing again, getting used to wearing shorts again. Overall felt upbeat and nice pace. There were puddles all over the place and it was hard to run around them, so I ended up just running through them. Feet got soaked. Added on around SES since I didnt go all the way out to the meadow.

Essentials: Stretch

Pretty good stretch. I was really dirty when I got back so I hopped into the shower quickly. Ankle is a little sore afterwards, kinda tweaked it in a puddle. Overall legs feel good though, very refreshing. Knee isnt tight either. Headed to Boston next weekend, so IDK how much running I can actually get in this week, since I am also busy wednesday night.
