Weather: 70s windy
Comments:
A bit under 7:30 pace going out and a bit over 7 minute pace coming back. I was kind of surprised at how fast the back portion was because I was really taking it easy to try and make sure I recover after my long run. I guess this is a good sign that my break period helped me to recover. Afterwards did form drills and strides.
