I figured on going a little quicker than race pace since I'm not racing this weekend so I targeted 32. Went through the 200 on the first interval at 29 and relaxed a bit but the pace stayed fast.

Splits: 52.09, 37.22, 19.74, 19.37

Lift:
Low bar squats: 5x135, 5x185, 5x205, 3x215
Jerk: 2x5x115
Back crunches: 15x25plate, 15x35plate

Pick 8x30 abs with the women's 800 crew
Stretch

Ice bath x 10min. 48 degrees, so perfect temperature!
