Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 60 on and off light rain

Comments:
5x 5 min on 3 min off. Probably around 5:40 - 6:00 on the on part. Felt pretty good after I worked into the first one. Number 4 was fast and 5 was a bit long as we were trying to get back to where we started so it ended hard. Hard to say but we were working and it felt about as fast as I raced. It is nice to have someone home to workout with, we planned a 5k at our old home course. My PR there is 18:44 so that'd be fun to break that.
