Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
swam 350meters then went for a run with pat. ran on fields and felt pretty stiff at first because of the swim, then after around 3 everything loosened up and the pace dropped about 30 sec per mile. starting to feel like i can cruise at 6:30's comfortably if i need to but i think my aerobic threshold is probably terrible. i will do a A1 tomorrow on the track with kaleb and pat.
