Exercise Type: Run
Weather: high 40s, light mist
Comments:
Up early for the new routine: AM run.
Went SLOWWWW: around the Butte, then across the river, out a half-mile west/north, then doubling back all the way to Alton across DeFazio. This is 5.5 miles...and it took me 50 minutes! At one point I was only running 9:30 pace!
BUT, I was able to focus on good form and "yoga breathing" - entirely through the nose.
