Comments:
Final training run before the first TEST of my stuff. Good pace to begin, did not push it coming back ... left some in the tank. Overall the body felt good. Rest will help, might have been good to take it easy the past three days but I am thinking training through this race is not a bad thing. Going to see what happens; goal is to be 76 tom 78 minutes to finish.
