Comments:
It was spike night and we did the Spring Valley loop at a mellow pace after a lap around the block. I ran with Zeke, Boardman, Griffin, Gabe and Anthony for part of it. Zeke and I quickly ran to the shoe store, where we stretched. Having bought a shiny new pair of GT2000s and spoken with the mystical Nike Rep who showed me his fabled T-shirt machine (whose product I purchased as well), I ran back to school.
