AM river run

Exercise Type: Run

Weather: high 40s, dry

Comments:
Another AM run. Didn't cross the river this time; instead ran past the bridge, then cut across a field over to River Rd, then took that back via "Railroad Blvd"/1st St.

Slow again, but not quite as pedestrian. Yoga breathing, once again. Feet QUITE sore, which was weird. Calves sore, and hammies sore. It's tougher than I anticipated to run this slowly, consistently.
