LT Workout

Comments:
16' warm up + 4' at steady state
jump rope, drills and strides
2 X 8' at LT pace/2' (1' at elevated, 4' slightly faster)
12'cool down

A few of the training crew were there and I cooled down with AW later. My workout was on the treadmill because the wind outside didn't favor a quality workout. Fantastic! Hit the right heart rate zone without destroying myself. My avg was within 6 BPM as my max.

Was tired afterward but that's to be expected.
