Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Got to catch up on sleep last night, even with my roommates friends over making a bunch of noise. I needed that after an intense weekend. Ran errands today then got in a nice run in the afternoon. Classic. It was nice out today right on that border of shorts or pants. I went with shorts and it worked out. Started out fast since I was so hyped up from UAAs. I slowed myself down which was a good idea. Kept rolling up into the trail, which had patted down snow. It was a decent running surface. Didnt go all the way out cause I was moving slow on the snow. Stopped to pee near the nice climbing rocks. I climbed up them and peed on top of them haha. Coming back I got into a good rhythm and felt pretty good. Legs werent sore. Had some stomach cramps and upper body cramp, probably because my eating is getting back in sync. Added a little on Hadley Rd just to make it 5 since I didnt go all the way out on Mountain Rd.
Essentials: Stretch
Good stretch. It was short, but I needed that. It still amazes me how sore your legs can get from just standing around all day. Ankles and legs feeling alright even after two days off. Took a lot off this week and had some pretty low mileage. Since mid terms were last week, we are transitioning into new profs so we might not have as much work to do, but I got some experiments to run. I will be able to fit in more workouts though.
