Comments:
Military to Quebec to Randolph to the shortcut through the woods (part of Potomac Overlook Park) by the perimeter of Donaldson Run, up Marcey to Beechwood to Military up Pollard onto Roberts and back home. Pace started out more briskly than intended, then I slowed down, then it returned to its original level. 15 or so minutes of strength work, 20 alternating lunges, all the form drills, slow pushups for 2 minutes, side planks for 2 minutes, high knees for 1 minute, Jason's drill with the cycles while standing on one leg, 20 Peter Silverman mountain climbers. All pain in the ankle disappeared, felt normal and healthy--thank God/ice. Gmap says 4, I say 3.8
