Todays run was awesome. This was the most fun I had running in a long time. The Thunder and made the run feel really hard core and the lightening made it feel dangerous, which it was. The rain cooled the day off to the perfect temp. I hit all 10 of my hills well today, and I think that I put my best effort into every one of them. Great workout possibly my most effective workout of the summer.

10x200m hills w/ jog down. No downtime in between. Rest of milage was the run to and from the hill.

Pleasant Hills road hill lower half.
