This was a really good workout. It was a little cold, but felt nice once I warmed up. I felt great during the warm up. I was really happy with my paces because last time I did this workout, it was a 2/2 and I was going much slower than I did. I'm pleased with my workout. I'm glad that I felt amazing during this run overall.
