Track Conditioning

Comments:
First run in...awhile. Bowling is pretty much over so I'm able to go to track practice now. Only had 4 today plus Stan and I. Ran to Marcia's and back from the high school. Definitely not the easiest of runs I've ever had, didn't feel great and the wind was very biting on the way back. My calves are sore as I write this Tuesday morning and I have some fun blisters.

Weight tutorial after with some help from Coaches Stone and Smith who know the Olympic lifts a lot better than I do and can actually teach how to do them.
