Exercise Type: Run

Weather: 28, slush and snow on all the sidewalks

Comments:
We did some brief strength work directed by Jason with the whole team, heard a speech from Bobo then proceeded to the base of Sedgewick Hill for our warmup, where we did four striders. Aidan, the Colaizzii, Boardman, Zeke and I did Sedgewick at a strong, pace, probably faster than tempo and took the longer cooldown loop. We did a sprint to the stop sign at Mass Ave, jogging back then a tempo to the sign and back. We ran steadily up Springdale and down Sedgewick, running back up hard, jogging briefly then starting the .8 mile long reservoir loop, taking a left onto Van Ness and then two rights, coming back on 44th, with a final sprint to the stop sign. We jogged for another minute or so, then tempoed back to school together, kicking the last block and doing a lap around the block cooldown. I felt rather robotic, just doing the workout, nothing to get upset about, but not jumping up and down with glee either. I tried to stay in mentally, if not physical contact with the four ahead of me.
