Wow what a workout!
haha
we did our normal stretching and 2 laps.
Then the warm up loop (13:04)
Then we did 5min of stadiums x4 with a lap in between and two after!
Man my legs are feeling it now! they have already been sore for quite a wile, but only when im running. Like when im walking around and stuff in the day i don't feel sore at all, but when i am running i can feel it. Haha If that makes any sence.
I think the stadiums and the laps together was about 30min? So i will put that as the run part.
