Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Nothing really going on in the afternoon, so I went back and fit in a run. Brendan was supposed to join but he was feeling sick, so I had to go alone. It was tough. I was tired, maybe because I woke up early for the Bullying Workshop today. Started out super slow, picked it up a little in the middle, but then struggled on the way back. The wing was blowing from the north, so I had it against me on the way back, which made it cold. It was kinda warm going out, had on enough layers. I also had to pee really badly on the way back. Maybe thats why I picked it up just a little. Overall legs did feel good, just felt so slow today.
Essentials: Stretch
Good good stretch though, working things out. I really didnt want to run, but I knew it would make me feel better and make my legs feel good. Worth it. Ran the past few days, so I should switch it up with the gym to let my legs rejuvenate a little bit. I bet it will be packed with people trying to build up their spring break bods. After Spring Break its going to be empty haha.
