Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Sunny, 40 degrees, sidewalks clear, but mounds of snow packed against the curbs

Comments:
We had a nice run led by Anthony with a large chunk of the distance team, snaking through some neighborhoods around AU, then near Wisconsin, which we took back to school at an easy pace. Anthony had some good stories for us. 2 minutes planks, 15 leg lifts per position and 30 pushups at home.
