Weather: cold and dark
Comments:
Not quite as cold as I thought it'd be; only my thighs were affected by the low temperatures. Originally, I was going to retreat to the treadmill at Goodlife Water Street for a change in scenery from the Field House. However, after getting a haircut and preparing supper, I ended up running to Groves Rd and back. Wore my ski mask and I was fine. But I probably should have stuck to that plan because I was a little slow.
