On the recumbent bikes. Did you know that the ER doctor from Deadliest Warrior has his own show on Discovery Health, where they follow him around the ER and he operates on people? Today he pulled a tree branch out of a motorcyclist that crashed into a tree. I guess it wasnt a critical blow, like all the wounds on Deadliest Warrior. On the cool down I had to go on the other set on bikes. They are actually newer, but I am not as used to them. They were fine just spaced out on that part cause I was tired.
