12 cool down with AW and MF

Felt a little slugish going into this but after the first few intervals my body started to respond. JK was tapering for her race on Saturday but I decided it would be wise to join her for this and then added an extra set.

And great to bump into MF on the cooldown. He told me about how he's now practicing fencing. First time we've ever ran together.
