Weather: cool, almost no wind

Comments:
15' warm up + 6' @ "marathon pace"
few drills, two short strides
15' @ LT pace
11' cool down

Might have been a little fatigued from the long ski this morning as it took almost 4' to get my HR into the LT zone. After that, I pushed hard but it never really got over 180 BPM.

Saw KD on Southside Rd.
