Indoor Track -
Despite increasing my pace and still running a decent distance yesterday, my knee was barely sore at all this morning. So I decided to run 6 miles and see how it went. It went really well actually. I was going to elliptical afterward but decided just to stop where I was since it went well enough to be cause for some celebration.
