Long SPFD run + hill repeats

Weather: 60, on/off rain - awesome!

GOOD day. Slept in a bit, ate breakfast, then went to Allan Bros for coffee and to work on stuff. My UR post came to me as an epiphany...and it took like an hour to write! And I think it's great! :-)

I'm about 66% done with my lecture and the iRf is 98% done. So I went home at 2ish to go run.

Thought about running McKenzie, but I couldn't do the drive (2hr RT). So after talking to my mom on the phone, I ran in town.

Ran east through PRE, ALLLL the way to Dorris Ranch and along the river. Listened to the Ann Trason URP on the outbound, which was very cool. On the way back I switched on tunes.

REALLY focused on hip/pelvic mobility - getting pelvic depression so I'm not overusing my hamstrings. I GOTTA be done with this hamstring BS!

Felt pretty damn good on the way back: like mid-7s at 13x HR. Got back to Skinner and ran a loop around. Wanted to get in some water, because I felt that would keep my HR down, but nothing was turned on, so I just did the hill repeats: climb up Skinner, then hammer down. x5. Felt fine, but the feet were getting sore. Wore my old (but still new) pair of Montrail Rogue Flys.

GOOD 3hr effort, averaged in 130HR. Shit is coming around, I can feel it.

Busy evening: laundry, grocery shopped, submitted my iRF post.

Didn't hear anything from Chels today, but I made sure I sent a msg telling her I love her. Super-important. I have to prove that I love her, conditionally, no matter HOW she treats me. Because her behavior is NOT (99% of it) about me.
