Weather: cool, not too bad
Comments:
First we ran around the gym and stretched. Then we did some sprints and such up and down the gym. Then we went outside and ran 6 laps in deep snow which was terrible. I was slipping and sliding like crazy, the bright snow messes with your eyes and it's more tiring to lift your legs out of it. I was pretty beat after that but Dakota, Will, and I ran down Stone and then back up pretty fast considering how tired I was. Then I cooled down by running around the parking lot for a while.
