Exercise Type: Run

Weather: Beautiful, cool but perfect for running

Comments:
Ran around the gym for warm-up and did some dynamics. Then the distance went on a nice run, down by Allen Park, then over to Main, up to 5, then down to 365, and then finally down Scholtz a ways until Will passed us on the way back. Then the distance joined the sprinters for a one lap sprint around the circle. Finally we had two cooldown laps.
