March 11, 2014 (Afternoon)
Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Wow weather today was great. Sun out, spring like feel. All the snow is melting, creating HUGE puddles to run through. Side walk up to N. Sunderland it pretty much all covered in water. I ran through part of it then hit the road cause my shoes were getting soaked. I do like that feeling of having your toes completely saturated with water, while the rest of your foot is dry. Felt good heading out. Kinda slowed down up the hills. Took a pee break at Mountain Rd then headed back at a strong pace. Shoes were kinda wet so I had to take the downhills easy. Loop around SES to add on was good as well. Finished pretty quickly. Resting yesterday made my legs feel fresh and ready to go.
Essentials: Stretch
Pretty solid stretch afterward. Legs feeling aight. Shins were a little tight when I started. Ankle feels good. The moisture effected my feet though. The bottoms are peeling off, looks like snake skin. Ewww. Ill try to save a sheet and give it to Cromer haha. Hitting up the gym tomorrow. It will be limited hours over spring break, but when it is open it will be empty, which is good for us grad students.
