Gorham to Sherman to Northport to Troy to Forster and back the same way -
Today I decided to extend my distance out to a real run, eight miles. It went quite well and my knee didn't bother me at all. I am pretty badly out of shape though.
I'm hoping to hit 45 miles this week, and if all goes well, maybe even 60 next week.
