Failed Running Attempt... and When I Say "Failed" I Mean It

I started off by trying to run, but it was beyond disastrous. I made it about 200 meters before my back seized up extremely bad. I toughed it out through a half hour of elliptically afterward but that hurt too.

I attempted to do abs afterward and more or less can't. I am actually incapable of doing a single leg lift. I'm not sure I've ever been so obviously injured since my broken foot and this might be comparable.
