Comments:
I went to the doctor today and they told me to do some rehab exercises and don't do things that hurt basically. Apparently I sprained my lower back.
Since I'm still hobbling and in pretty bad pain performing ordinary daily tasks, I didn't even try to elliptical. I figured I could bike since all I had to do was sit there and my back wouldn't need to move. I was able to do that without pain.
